DELIVERY

Please note, that shipping times are based on the time of collection and are intended to be indicative only. Nuyorkworks cannot bear responsibility for circumstances beyond its control such as delays in clearing customs, payment approval, and other such matters.
Currently, we ship within the United States of America, the United Kingdom, Canada, Japan, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, Hong Kong, China, Indonesia, Philippines, Taiwan, Thailand, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Nigeria, Ghana, Argentina, Colombia, Peru and various countries within the European Union.

RETURNS

Please note that orders can only be canceled within the first 24 hours of making a purchase, provided that the item(s) have not shipped. Any cancellations initiated after the 24 hours have expired will incur a cancellation fee and any order which contains items that have been shipped may not be canceled.
All returned items must be new, unused, and with all original designer garment tags attached.
